  • Please ensure that the name of the Symposium and the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the accommodation fees.

    Please comply with the following 2 steps:
    a. The participant needs to complete the on-line Registration & Accommodation
         Form, and select “Commitment” in the “Payment Method” field. Please  
         indicate in the “invoice” field, the name to be listed on the invoice.  

b.  Payment from the employer should be received shortly after submission of the
    Registration and Accommodation Form. 

     Israeli participants who select “Commitment” MUST send an official “Purchase
     Order” from their company/institution and only then an invoice will be issued.

Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Symposium Secretariat: Diesenhaus-Unitours – Convention Department
Refunds will be made as follows:

  • Cancellations received by May 31, 2013 – full refund, less US$50 handling fee
  • Thereafter – No refund
