Diesenhaus-Unitours Incoming Tourism Ltd. is the official travel agent for ISCA 2013 and will provide tourist services for participants, such as: hotel accommodations, optional tours, transfers from/to the airport, car rental, etc.

Diesenhaus-Unitours has secured a block of rooms in several hotels in Tel-Aviv, making it possible to offer reduced rates to symposium participants. In order to benefit from these rates, reservations, payments and notification of changes must be made directly with Diesenhaus-Unitours and not with the hotels.

Please note:

  1. Hotel rates are per night, on bed and breakfast basis.
  2. Payments must be received in US dollars.
  3. Israeli participants need to add 17% VAT to these rates.

Early reservation:
Hotels in Tel-Aviv are heavily booked for June 2013 and the number of rooms in each hotel is limited. We therefore strongly recommend that you make your hotel reservation as soon as possible and before May 1, 2013. Rooms will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Check-in: Sunday-Friday – 15:00; Saturday 21:00
Check-out: 11:00
Sharing accommodation:
If you are reserving a room to be shared and paid for separately by two participants, please list the name of the other participant, or indicate that you wish us to find you a roommate. The secretariat will assist as much as possible, but if a roommate cannot be found, the participant will be charged for a single room.

Full payment is due prior to the Symposium, as follows:

  • A deposit of one night accommodation is required with the submission of the Registration and Accommodation   Form.
  • The balance is due by May 1, 2013. 

For those paying via credit card, the balance will be automatically charged as of May 1, 2013.
Participants paying via bank transfer are required to ensure that the balance is received by
May 1, 2013.

Hotel reservations and other services will only be confirmed for registered participants if full payment has been received as listed above.

Payment of accommodation and tours (in US$) can be made as follows:

  • Please ensure that the name of the Symposium and the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the accommodation fees.

Please comply with the following 2 steps:
a. The participant needs to complete the on-line Registration & Accommodation
     Form, and select “Commitment” in the “Payment Method” field. Please indicate in the “invoice”
     field, the name to be listed on the invoice.  
b.  Payment from the employer should be received shortly after submission of the Registration and
     Accommodation Form.  
     Israeli participants who select “Commitment” MUST send an official “Purchase Order” from their
     company/institution and only then an invoice will be issued.

Services will be confirmed only if full payment has been received.
Forms submitted with no payments details will not be processed.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Symposium Secretariat:

Refund of accommodation will be made as follows:
  • Cancellations received by May 5, 2013 – full refund less US$ 40 handling fees. 
  • Cancellations received between May 5, 2013 and May 31, 2013 – one night cancellation fee will be charged.  
  • Cancellations received from June 1 or non-show – no refund.
